Unabridged Audiobook
I liked the book because it was a bit funny at times, but it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. maybe this book is aimed at people who have never really exercised before or who haven't in a long time. it is perfect for people who really need a kick up the bum to get of the couch and start moving. but the main idea - as the title states, is that there is no magic diet. it is about finding exercise you love to push your body forever. oh and listen right to the end as he shares all his bloopers at the end. a
hugely insightful. and cuts out the rubbish in the fitness industry. cheers matt
