Really like listening to this book, so easy to listen , great narrator ! I learnt quite few things about myself and will be more cognizant about that sugar intake !

Great book! Cameron reads the intro/end but I actually like the narrator better. In addition to all the insight, the book really drills in on making this a life change and being active. I was highly inspired and would totally recommend this book!
