I thought it was well narrator and broken down easily to understand and incorporate daily
has some good breathing exercises. skip to the end for actual exercises
Really good for atheletics, i can run for longer hours just by focusing on my breathing
wise information
This book is a large waste of time. If you want to learn breathing exercises, use Google and you’ll learn more in five minutes.
