Summary
From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Starts with Us and It Ends with Us, a novel about risking everything for love—and finding your heart somewhere between the truth and lies.

At age twenty-one, Auburn Reed has already lost everything important to her. In her fight to rebuild her shattered life, she has her goals in sight and there is no room for mistakes. But when she walks into a Dallas art studio in search of a job, she doesn’t expect to find a deep attraction to the enigmatic artist who works there, Owen Gentry.

For once, Auburn takes a chance and puts her heart in control, only to discover that Owen is keeping a major secret from coming out. The magnitude of his past threatens to destroy everything important to Auburn, and the only way to get her life back on track is to cut Owen out of it.

To save their relationship, all Owen needs to do is confess. But in this case, the confession could be much more destructive than the actual sin.

This was one of the nicest books I have listened to. Nice story about innocent love. The narrators were excellent and painted a beautiful picture of how the two characters should look...

Not as good as some of her other books but definitely worth the read. Several unexpected twists that kept it interesting, especially the last one.

I just got done listening to this book and all I can really say is WOW. This book, was so amazing in SO many different ways. Honestly, with being done listening to it and with the ending that it had, it almost makes me want to cry. I have never really been in love with a book but I can say that I am in love with this book. This is the second Colleen Hoover book that I have listened to and it just is absolutely astonishes to me that someone can be so talented. I cannot wait to read more of her works because I am sure that they are all terrific and make me feel things that I would never be able to experience with watching a movie. PS also I love these narrator's! They never disappoint!

The prologue hooks you and if you don't want to cry right off...otherwise another damsel in distress and bad boys with difficult choices. Gratifying ending that's not just normal but with a great twist, two, or, three.
