Summary
With a master spy and the U. S. government after him, former CIA assassin Oliver Stone is America's most wanted man-but escaping D.C. won't protect him from a lethal world of political corruption in this #1 New York Times bestselling thriller.

Known by his alias, 'Oliver Stone,' John Carr is the most wanted man in America. With two pulls of the trigger, the men who destroyed Stone's life and kept him in the shadows were finally silenced.

But his freedom comes at a steep price: The assassinations he carried out prompt the highest levels of the U.S. government to unleash a massive manhunt. Yet behind the scenes, master spy Macklin Hayes is playing a very personal game of cat and mouse. He, more than anyone else, wants John Carr dead. With their friend and unofficial leader in hiding, the members of the Camel Club risk everything to save him. As the hunters close in, Stone's flight from the demons of his past will take him from the power corridors of Washington, D.C., to the coal-mining town of Divine, Virginia--and into a world every bit as bloody and lethal as the one he left behind.

As with all of David Baldacci's books, Divine Justice was intriguing, suspenseful, moving and sorrowful. Some of the predicaments were unreal, but, what the hell, it's fiction...or is it? Ron McClarty does an outstanding job on the read and with multiple characters, I can't imagine hitting the mark on all the different voices, accents etc. I look forward to reading the continuing adventures of John Carr and Abigail!

this was my 1st audio book and it was fantastic. I drive 3 hrs to and from work each day and this novel made that time fly. I have always been a fan of David Baldacci. To hear instead of read was fantastic.

This book is another great one from this author. I especially like the sound effects used in this audio. It definitely adds tension and suspense to the storyteller's words. To the author, I say.....Keep them coming!!

While "The Camel Club", the first in the series is still my favorite, the #4 book is a close second. "Simply Divine" is far less dreary than the last book, "Stone Cold." Oliver Stone is without a doubt our hero again, and all our favorite characters are their chummy old selves again. Phew!

What a great story. Even if you haven't read (or heard) the previous stories of the "Camel Club", you'll still enjoy this one. Interesting, exciting, and you can't help but root for these characters (well, the good guys anyway!) .Loved it.

Loved it. Baldacci and the camel club just get better and better. I hope this is not the end of the camel club. Please let the club continue and grow.

I was really left hanging at the end of Stone Cold. Divine Justice was quite satisfying.
