Unabridged Audiobook
This book started out really well and I admit, I was so into it and then it shifted and went ALL THE WAY LEFT and I was having a serious WTF moment. I'm not sure I would be classify this as a romance or even a paranormal romance, there's only an inner monologue about a possible attraction between the lead characters at the beginning and maybe like two kisses…. That's it. For an audiobook that lasts approximately eight and a half hours, I'd have to say the only REALLY amazing pay of the book was getting to listen to the AMAZING and surging give of Aiden Snow was the male lead. Though you don't get to hear him at all in the second half of the book until the very last chapter. This book was frustrating to say the least she could've been really great but the author has too many ideas and clearly tried to jam them all into this book. I'm not sure I can continue on with this particular series.
this book starts out so dark and then gets lighter. the characters are whole. great start to the series.
This is a well written story that grabs your attention as soon as you turn it on. I gave it 3 stars because it is very 'dark' with lots of abuse.
