Unabridged Audiobook
I would like to find out how to acquire the code to take the EQ test that is mentioned in the listen. The rest of the book is a bit useless without the test.
An amazing book..
Great book with some practical ideas.
The narrator changes his voice when quoting various fictional “coworkers” who have provided feedback to illustrate various concepts of emotional intelligence. These variations are comical and detract from the message. When the male narrator does the voice of a fictional female, the effect is ridiculous. In my opinion, the female employee’s voice makes the woman sound weak and ineffectual.
Good but not Earth shatering
Great book for developing an E.I. Growth plan. To learn about EI specifically I would recommend a book by Daniel Goleman for example. But as this book was focused on being a practical guide for helping develop EI, I think it was really good!
A must listen/read for everyone including in schools to ingrain EQ skills early in life.
This book is definitely one that I refer to and use as a guide to maneuver through the world from a personal and business perspective. It was a great read.
This book should be burned
Anecdotal and Journalistic. Good for beginners only.
Interesting and recommended for those who are looking to understand their internal soul
This was bad investment of my time. Its about making pro’s and con’s lists. The ideas behind the book is thin and it endlessly elaborate on common sense practicalities.
Too many principles to remember. Sometimes less is more. Also found the principles to be common sense thinking and nothing I wasn't already familiar with. I have studied this area before though, so it may be a better read for new people.
This is a great book for growth
Tells lots of stories in an educational format. It's very insightful.
Great read for mind expansion. Ideal for those working with people and willing to change their approach to life.
