This book is awesome. It's one I'm listening to several times in my car, stop rewind and I listened to at home taking notes. There are so many great ideas, simple things really that we overlook. There's some great information about the importance of keeping a balance in your life and the conseqences of not. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone but particuarly anyone with a high-pressure job or a business owner.

The narrators voice is annoying especially for this kind of book

Get past his wacky voice, and you'll get good, executable instructions on breaking through mental blocks. Very worthy guide to happiness.

I've read some John Gray before and found it to be reasonable and interesting, but this thing was wierd. It was the most bizarre, confusing, annoying, and complete load of nonsense I've heard in a long time.
