Unabridged Audiobook
BORING! Tries so hard for interesting but misses the mark in so many ways. Over half the book passed before vampires actually took the stage and what an anemic species they were. Other than knacks, the magic never shows up even though everyone FEARS the mages.
The series wasn’t great but was good enough to grasp my attention and keep me wanting to know where it will lead next.
This series definitely grew on me and the narration was excellent!
Great book! Really enjoyed the narration and plot. Looking forward to the next in the series.
