Unabridged Audiobook
I did not enjoy the first book, but I had to read the 2nd one to find out what happened in their love story. Love, love, love the narration, that's about all I can say.
If the Sun Never Sets, by Ana Huang, is the conclusion of Farrah and Blake's story. Five years after their devastating breakup, we catch up with Farrah, an interior designer, and Blake, finding success in the sport's bar business. When Farrah is overlooked for a promotion, she makes a surprising change that lands her at a meeting with a former client whose friend needs a designer to liven up his home. A day hasn't gone by that Blake hasn't thought of Farrah, and when he meets his buddy for lunch, he's stunned to find Farrah is the designer. Tension is high as Blake tries to work his way back into Farrah's good graces and her heart. Farrah is determined not to let her heart be broken again by the boy who shattered her heart. I enjoyed If the Sun Never Sets, though I sometimes wanted to knock some sense into Blake. He ultimately came around, and I loved how he presented his past to her. Aiden Snow and Cindy Kay did a fantastic job narrating.
loved this book when I 1st read it....bit hearing the narration was so great. Love hearing the voices out loud. Such a great 2nd book and a great series.
If the Sun Never Sets, an Audiobook by Ana Huang is the story of Blake and Farrah. He left her years ago…now, she an interior designer…and he’s her client. Neither expect this!! There are lots of journeys to the past by these characters. Lots of analyzing, second-guessing, and re-evaluating their relationship. But, the scars are deep…the hurt still lingers, and the past is still alive… This Audiobook was narrated by Cindy Kaye and Aiden Snow….who perform this story beautifully, artfully, and with deep emotion. Fabulous! I am volunteering to leave a review for an Advance Reader Copy of this Audiobook.
Farrah and Blake had history five years ago. He broke her heart. She’s now an interior designer doing his condo for him when she really didn’t want to but who could say no to the amount of money he presented? Blake never forgot Farrah and wants her back. Once the trust is gone it is hard to get it back and Blake is working extra hard to get it. I enjoyed overall how much time had past and how much maturing both of them had done. There were times where you wanted to shake them both, but overall it was a good listen. Many steamy scenes. I was fortunate to get my hands on the audio version of this and the dual POV was a great addition. Really helped make the story. I received this ARC through the publisher and I am voluntarily reviewing this book, opinions are my own.
If The Sun Never Sets, Love Book 2 is the second part of Blake and Farrah's romance and takes place five years later. Angsty listen, with reoccurring supporting characters. Takes a 360-degree and ends on a good note. Aiden Snow and Cindy Kay dual narration was well performed. Aiden's and Cindy's inflection sound older than the characters.
Angsty second chance romance. This is part 2 of Blake and Farrah’s road to HEA. We were left broken hearted and confused along with Farrah at the end of book one. Now it’s 5 years later and a chance meeting reunites the two lovers. Farrah is hesitant to start up again but Blake us very persuasive. He had a lot of groveling and explaining to do. The angst that these two go through is heartbreaking. Once again his past rears it’s ugly head and Farrah is again destroyed. This time he has to work hard to get her back. A story full of second chances, secrets and forgiveness and redemption. The characters can frustrate you as well as make you love them. Both are successful, smart with big hearts. Blake had emotional scars from his father and ex girlfriend. It spills over into his relationship with Farrah. He does not do well with confronting his feelings. Farrah is strong, independent and will stand up fir herself. She does make Blake work for her forgiveness in the end. Plenty of heat, angst and drama
A beautiful yet sad beginning of a budding first love romance. Shattered by a lie and one moment of time.
