Unabridged Audiobook
I really enjoyed this book, it was a bit predictable as most are but it kept me interested.
Next book please! Worried about Joe’s job now.
It is easy to get wrapped up in these books. Great story lines, superb character development, and an edge of the seat suspense all integrated into a compelling read.
I like the story and gave it a four star, but I don’t think I would invest in another book by this author. Wish I could tell you exactly why, but it just didn’t hit me that I wanted to read another one.
My least favourite of the Joe Picket stories.
Narrator is perfect & I enjoyed 2nd Joe Pickett I've selected. Book got "outrageously bloody" at the end but not a deal-breaker for trying out to more in this popular Series.
I’ve listened a few of his books and I have liked them. This one was ok but the ending was a little ridiculous.
I enjoyed this book but was over too fast with the ending. I hate the vulgar words. Why put in the f word at all? The story doesn’t need it!
Just love this series !!!
I LOVE this series, but this book was my least favorite. Still worth listening to though
I've loved every book in the series. Narrator is great!
Good, but not so much as others in this, maybe because I have read six of them. Thanks
lOVE THE AUTHOR'S STYLE OF WRITING. HE GETS TO THE POINT WITHOUT WASTING PAGES OF USELESS ADJECTIVES DESCRIBING THE SIGHTS AND SMELLS. I CAN SEE MYSELF IN HIS STORY. AS AN AVID OUTDOORSMAN, THE SCENRY AND ANIMAL DEPICTIONS ARE SPOT ON. NARRATOR IS TOP SHELF AND CHANGES THE CHARACTERS VOICES ENOUGH TO IDENTIFY AND FOLLOW. GLAD HE DOESN'T WASTE TIIME TRYING TO IMITATE A FEMALE'S VOICE. HINT: I AM A FAST LISTENER, SO I INCREASE THE SPEED BY 10%. LOVE THIS ABOUT AUDIOBOOKS. WISHED THE HERO WASN'T A FUMBLE-BUM SOMETIMES. BIGGEST SETBACK IS THE PROFANITY.
Loved it!
Great book
Another suspence filled book. Love the Joe Picket series!
Great story line!
Always a pleasure, the perfect match of author, story and narrator!
Fantastic read.
This was very spell binging. Kept you guessing I enjoyed it as I do all of Mr Box's books
Another in the series that moves and whose characters are well developed and congruent with the rest of the series. Of stock, lines are repeated to often.
It kept me on the edge of my set
