Unabridged Audiobook
Why do they change narrator's mid-series!?!? After listening to the two previous books in the series, I really struggled to get into this one and I think the narrator had a lot to do with it. However, by the end I couldn't "put it down".
Very poor recording/sound def/static for a few chapters…inexcusable! I’ve not “read” the first two of Mr Rosenberg’s previous efforts — gave this a try because Mr Guidall can read the phone book and make it interesting! Structure and plot line were solid; unfortunately it became so repetitively “preachy” I began to wonder how dumb Mr Rosenberg thought his readers were. With some luck the new reader will not disappoint! Jim
I loved the book, did not like the narrator.
Enjoyed the story, but the narration was hard to decipher in the first few chapters.
I accidentally purchased this, the third installment in the series and listened to most of it before realizing there were 2 previous titles. I opted to finish it, and it was still great as a standalone story. I only regret not listening to the other 2 first!
