I love this audiobook, the author has done an excellent job on making sure it is full of delicious recipes, tactics for getting started, and then finally mindset techniques for getting prepared with the ketogenic diet.
This audio book gets straight to the point, it is written in a way that allows you to consume the most amounts of quality content in the shortest time possible.
Dammmmm, there are so many golden nuggets inside of this book. My favorite part of this book is when Georgia talks about having the correct mindset switch for when starting Keto, as without the correct mindset whilst undergoing the ketogenic diet you are setting yourself up for failure.
What a spectacular master piece, this ketogenic diet book can 100% take you from beginner to expert allowing you to lose weight like a fat burning machine. The audio quality is also really well produced, the narrator makes some of the complex techniques for when undergoing keto much more easier to pull off.
