Summary
HOW TO HAVE EFFECTIVE CONVERSATIONS WITH NATIVE SPANISH SPEAKERS EVEN IF YOU'RE ONLY AT THE BEGINNER-LEVEL

65% of people in Spain don't speak any English at all. Of the remainder, very few speak it well. What!

Your beginner's Spanish isn't too bad. But it's precisely that, beginner's Spanish. Not the level where you can have full exchanges.

While traveling to Spanish speaking countries can be stressful and full of miscommunication, there is a doable workaround. If you have the basics down, you can target your learning to the situations you expect to encounter most often.

This makes the learning manageable and fast, particularly when you have a guide that effectively organizes learning through real-world situations.

Here's what you'll discover in Learn Spanish Like a Native - Intermediate's Level:

• Presented in both audio and written format so you never have to stop learning.

• Narrated by a Spanish native speaker so you can pick up the perfect accent with a natural approach to phonetics and pronunciation

• It covers the most common situations providing the detailed vocabulary and phrases necessary to communicate efficiently

• Several conversation’s examples will teach you how to answer any question effortlessly

• Lessons also build on one another so you acquire comprehensive speaking skills

• Verb conjugations that cover the most useful tense and prevent you from ever being at the wrong place at the wrong time

And Much, Much more.

The trick is to focus on precisely what you need to make your learning efficient, fast, and, most importantly, practical.

I have been taking beginner's Spanish classes casually for some time. When I got this audiobook and saw that it is for "Intermediate Level," I took a deep breath and just thought that, OK, I will listen through this but I am sure I won't get anything. Glad to say that I was wrong. I like how the content is quite relevant, e.g. travel arrangement and even at work. Even though I haven't learned most of the tenses and their conjugations covered in the audiobook, it was not too hard to follow. This audiobook also lets me know that I don't need to know all the basics before moving forward, and I can always go back to revisit areas that I didn't quite get. Overall I think this is a very good source of learning Spanish. I would recommend it.

Really easy listening. Definitely aimed at the Intermediate Level. Less repetition, but really makes the learnt words stick in your head. loved it. Would love for there to be a follow up series with more advanced courses.

This course has been very helpful in my journey to speak Spanish fluently. I like the fact that both Latin American and European Spanish pronunciations are included.

Short but wonderful book. I heard this as an audiobook, so kudos to the excellent narrator John Martinez. The book is a good guide to expanding our conversational Spanish through different contexts like travel, work, emergencies, etc. Although aimed at intermediate users, the book takes time to explain all the important verbs and tenses that we use. Most useful is the fact that everything in the book is spoken once in English and twice in Spanish. So, you cannot really miss anything. I felt that my Spanish improved with this book. By the end of the book, I was able to increase the listening speed. My only complaint is that it has a limited scope - it covers about a dozen situations and while that is great, you feel that it could have shown other things - like grocery shopping and ordering food. But that is a minor quibble. I really hope there is an advanced user stage for this series.
