Unabridged Audiobook
I could have done without the fairly frequent talk of losing the pregnancy weight after you give birth. We already get plenty of pressure to be a certain size from cultural norms. I would like a health book to focus on behaviors and what science tells us they do for our health. It is also unfortunate that the Mayo Clinic is still using the BMI. (For context, my size is one that gets lots of praise if you're using the BMI--I'm just interested in healthcare getting better for all of us, not just thin people.) Otherwise, a pretty good guide!
