Unabridged Audiobook
Great Book! This was the first book I read on the start of my entrepreneur journey (about a year ago) and it blew my mind! Definitely helped me to jump start my journey and get off on a good footing. Lots of helpful tips and an inspirational story. I've since bought 2 of my friends this book, and lost my original copy with notes to another friend of mine who "borrowed" and never gave back haha.
A wonderful book on how to change the way we think about life. There is so much in this book that can help so many people, even if they don't plan to become millionaires. For example, the exercise of not complaining about anything for seven days can actually make a shift in the way you see the world, and your purpose in life
I think the book is transformational and have recommended it to my friends. I remember doing a negotiation course as part of my MBA years ago and I actually attended the one day course done by the author of the text. He said if there is one thing that you take away from this session it is this: The first offer is NEVER the final offer. Ever. Since then I have used that approach to strengthen my negation skills even with banks which we may feel are inflexible!
This book is life-changing if you internalize its contents and recommendations and do them. It requires a true shift in thinking to come to the conclusion that it is ok to want to be driven and work hard and efficiently to achieve financial success.
Ok so this book might seem like a conference sales pitch and basic common sense, but I have to give it credit for giving me something to think about and showing me some obvious things I hadn’t thought about before. It helped me assess my values and think about money in a more positive light. Now I’m going to go get mo’ money.
I am not a millionaire yet, but reading this book teaches me to what I need to know to be a millionaire. The bottom line is that you have to invest in your own financial education. If you know what you want to do with your money and why you are doing it makes a peace of mind. Without this financial education, you will not enjoy talking about money, making money, and investing money. Financial education is the key to the secrets of the millionaire
The ideas in this book are simple, there is no complicated formula for getting rich, if you are looking for that you need to move on. Its going to take smart, planned, and dedicated work. It is going to require a lot of learning about money, choosing a path that you believe with every fiber of your being that will make you rich, and be willing to fail. Not with the intent of failure, but knowing it is a possibility and can provide a great learning experience on the way to success.
