This book provides a very easy-to-follow guide of the problems and solutions of dealing with team dynamics. Great examples and good tools & techniques of how to deal with team members.

This book is awful. You should not tell high performing team members their weaknesses in front of the other associates. That is not team building. If you have an issue with another associate, you need to confront them one on one.
