Unabridged Audiobook
Yes, great series, well written, great narration.
This wonderful series is something you can return to again and again -- and hear new bits! There's warmth, humor, pathos -- well, not a lot of pathos. Grainger mixes urban life with exquisite natural settings, the characters are interesting and there are plenty you can root for. As a woman, I prefer to read women authors, but again, Grainger doesn't fail to please. His women characters are believable, strong, smart, endearing -- as well as the men. I can't say enough good things about this series. Gildart Jackson seems to have cloned D. C. Smith and his brilliant narration only makes the stories better and more compelling. It's important to read these in order, so if it's your first D. C. Smith book, start at the beginning and work your way through. You'll be glad you did.
Great series
Gildart Jackson has a great voice for these books and characters- really enjoying the series.
