Unabridged Audiobook
A great book. It gave me a lot of food for thought as well as being highly informative although written for another jurisdiction. One negative comment. 90 per cent of the times that the writer refers to the blamer or the person with PD of whichever kind , he always writes SHE. Fir someone like me who is currently in a living hell relationship/ parenthood and not quite ready financially to take the next steps thus is a punch in the stomach just like every time my Pre diagnosed BOD and NPD husband tells me that I’m the crazy one , that I’m stupid. When he insults me in front of my daughter or worse raises his hands on me in front of my daughter ( only 4) . To be politically correct he should have always written she or he. This happens very rarely in the book. So it’s a shame as I finished such a greatly informative book with a bitter sweet taste in my mouth . Apparently even the author thinks women are more prone to these PD’s?
If you’ve read Stop Walking on Eggshells and things are going sideways with a BPD partner, this book is worth it’s weight in Gold! After listening I bought the paperback and listening a second time, wish I had this information sooner.
