Unabridged Audiobook
I enjoyed the recording. No issue with the narration
A bad choice for narrator. Found it spoils the story.
enjoyed both story and narrative
Well, I was put off by the narrator! Am not sure that she should be doing this kind narration especially as it is a classic book from Mr. Conon Doyle.
Excellent book & narrator! A treat!
I really enjoyed this book, very well written and interesting. I wasn't aware of the plot line so connecting the dots & the big reveal was 10/10
Excellent…a classic thriller brought to us free through the great work of the readers at LibrVox.
what wonderful stories this volume has, enjoyed them
Excellent introduction of the initial meeting of Holmes and Watson. Both serious and humorous at times.
I liked the book and had no problem with the narrator.
Love Sr Arthur Conan Doyle
The narrator was great. My problem lies with the author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle because of his distorted portrayal of the Mormons. But I do enjoy mysteries and the way Sherlock Holmes solves them
I loved Laurie’s narration. Her southern accent added a lot of character to the story
Not the best or worst. Narration ok
I was thoroughly engaged by this book. But narrator. Lacked the right tone for this book
Narrator was horrible
Enjoyable. Narrator was just fine.
New experience the first audio book I have ever heard with an American narrator, A job well done I enjoyed the book very much
i couldn’t listen very well because i didn’t like the narrators voice for this book
As with other reviews - the narrator spoils it a little
Great story and having a singular narrator is a welcome change to these free audiobooks.
A male reader would have added voice changes for WATSON and HOLMES
