Unabridged Audiobook
I loved the plot mary kay andrews always has a good story that keeps you interested. not as much diy ideas but still cute little details about what could be were added
This is a predictable plot line with superficial and predictable characters whom are difficult to sympathize with, since they ate so petty. It is yet another simple story about women who cannot possibly have alife without a man.
This book chronicles the vacation of 3 life-long girlfriends that decide to spend a month in Nags Head North Carolina together. A 4th women gets mixed up in the vacation through serendipitous circumstances. Each character had to deal with her own issues by confronting the doubt and fear surrounding her identity. Coincidentally enough, they all seemed to "figure it out" in this same exact time frame. (Yes I am being sarcastic) It's difficult for me to really recommend this read and I want to say that I really liked it....but it was just okay. I've read better and I've read worse. The character development and the dialogue always seemed a little one dimensional and contrite to me. The read in general fell flat until the very end.... however I think the author did a good job painting the location. The rental house and the beach town seemed like the most real characters of the entire book.
