Unabridged Audiobook
I loved this book. It’s everything you could want in an easy read but enough ups and downs to keep you wanting more. Ansel and Mia I believe you definitely get entrenched in their story. Fantastical but enough grounding emotion to bridge the gap and keep you entranced. Loved the narrator. Truly, amazing in her accents all of them. Cadence was perfect. Great way to kick off this series. But I wish we’d learned more about Ansel’s friends and family. Meeting his mom, possibly even dad. I wish they had introduced friends and his life sooner in the book, as I felt it lulled too much in the middle of the book. Which was not needed there were so many opportunities for this story to explore so many different aspect integrating her life into France and introducing the people in his life would have been a great way to go. All of that said it’s a great read and you need fk read this one in the series first
Made me laugh ... Made me want to visit France again ... accent was beautiful too well done.
I've listened to this book at least 10x. So good. The narrator did an awesome job with the french accent. The other books in this series are also really enjoyable. Worth the download for sure!
