"Jeffrey Juliana [alias Geoffrey Giuliano] is an unpopular rock music historian and writer in general who is much villified by fans of many entertainers for the dirt he has dug up on them. He has written biographies on John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Pete Townshend, Michael Jordan, and other various books and audio books on subjects as diverse as Frank Sinatra and interviews of survivors of the Titanic. He has been renowned since the late 1980s for his renunciation of the fast-food restaurant McDonald's after reportedly playing their mascot Ronald McDonald for several years and being shocked at the hypocrisy he found. He testified for the prosecution in a 1991 court case on this issue and has been interviewed on video about the same. He currently lives in Lockport, New York with his wife Brenda Giuliano. However, he goes by the name Jagannatha Dasa Puripada. She goes by the name Vrndarani Devi Dasi. They have co-written books and are currently trying to push a line of vegetarian foods created by Mrs. Giuliano. When not in Lockport, he can be found at the Balaji Ashram in Vrndavana, Uttar Pradesh, India."
