Robert Blumenfeld works as an actor, dialect coach and writer in New York City, and has been on the faculties of both the Stella Adler and the National Shakespeare Conservatories. His career in recording books includes having recorded more than 280 Talking Books for the American Foundation for the Blind, and having received in the Fiction category the 1997 Canadian National Institute for the Blind's Torgi Award for the Talking Book of the Year and the 1999 Alexander Scourby Talking Book Narrator of the Year Award.
