I was enchanted from the first chapter. Loved the story, really loved the narator. Her smooth voice transitioned perfectly with each character.

the story is just as good as the narrator! I love vampire stories, and I wasn't disappointed in this one. I really appreciated Simone and Lavinia's complex (and toxic) relationship.

The book was great. wasn't sure what to expect going into it, but the flow made me feel like I was listening to friend tell me a story. The narrator really helped bring each character to life, almost felt like a cast of people. Would probably pick other titles I may not have normally picked if done by this person.

I started this book thinking it was strange but intriguing. I was enthralled the entire time and really hope for a sequel.

Wasn’t a fan. Didn’t finish it. Glad I got it free as a VIP option. Slow moving. I usually enjoy this genre but not this one.

the story is interesting if not persay linear. the narrator makes a point of chageinge voices and accents. i was thoroughly entertained

One word EXCELLENT! This book is well written with constant captivation at every turn. I literally stopped everything I was doing to just sit and listen! I can’t wait for a next book! The narrator was the cherry on top!

snooze. didn't finish it after about halfway. It is a book that is more aimed for 12 and 13-year-olds. would not recommend.

Would’ve given 5⭐️ but after a while, the repetitiveness of: conflict-scheme-deal with threat-hide-pass time-return to normal-repeat wore on me. Other than that, great book. Hope there’s a 2nd!

Creative take on a vampire book that is more about the bonds of connection to others. Definitely worth the listen.

Wonderful engaging story. Ending was too abrupt…but created anticipation for Part 2!!!! Narrator was absolutely one of the best I’ve heard. Thoroughly enjoyed this book.
