The workbook is amazing. It’s not just CBT or DBT. It can be a bit depressing filling out the questions but the workbook reassures you. I highly recommend it. No prejudge, makes you reflect and not feel crappy about yourself. Even if you don’t have BPD but a loved one does I feel like this or at least his YouTube channel would be an immense help.

This book is an even bigger help for those that are unsure about entering therapy or are not yet comfortable seeing mental health providers. It's extremely useful for those taking initiative to independently figure things out on their own at the present time.

The book is valuable in that it requires you to actively engage and explore your issues/BPD, and it does so in a very structured way. I previously thought that just reading up on BPD and healing methods here and there could be enough to aid in my healing, but after getting my hands on this book, I realized it takes proactive work to heal, and this book does just that.

This workbook is fantastic, even if you don't have borderline, this book is helpful for anyone facing issues relating to cptsd, dissociative issues, and negative patterns that need addressing, among many other things. This workbook forces you to take a look at yourself and sometimes, it's hard, but the author has written it in such a way as to allow you to take your time..take breaks, do what you need to and come back to these difficult portions.
