Unabridged Audiobook
This was an amazing inspiring story. I always love when the narrator reads and Matt didn’t disappoint. There is so much to learn from this book and it really pushes you to think about your strengths, what your natural role is and how you can contribute best and be successful. Love Matt’s last words (won’t spoil it!!) Matt’s description of the different archetypes is very helpful to understand the characters you’ve met over the years and their contribution good and bad to the work environment. Love the sentiment of burn the boats, you have to go all in and if you have a plan B that is impossible. It pushed me to think of my next chapter in a different way, I just need to identify that unique skill that will add value and that I am passionate about. Looking forward to seeing what my next chapter will bring.
Matt Higgins is such a compassionate and clever human being. I was deeply inspired by the joyful work he put into this book. He takes consideration to both teach and enthuse, also giving applicable instruction for implementing his method. Adore you so much Matt!
The author should have stuck to the subject matter instead of platforming his racist views against white people. Also, as a war veteran, I don’t believe using examples of people who continue wars instead of negotiate should be used as models to aspire to.
