Wow!! This was a fantastic read and listen! The narrators were fabulous and made you really feel the story. Laney had a crush on hockey star Weston for a long time. She goes to watch a game to thank him for the tickets that made her fathers last year special. One look at Laney and Wes knows she is his one. He is absolutely determined to win her over when he doesn’t make a great first impression! Sweet, fun, laugh out loud story with amazing chemistry, a protective, loving, completely obsessed hero and a beautiful HEA
I loved this book so much and with it in audio made me love it even more!! I love Laney and Wes and their personalities just fix so well together. This is definitely a book to definitely check out and it’s so easy to as a audiobook!! 10/10
I received this as an arc from the author and I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review. This was an amazing hockey romance. It was a short story with a great pace. I simply loved the meet cute, it was funny and it really set the tone of the story. Layne and Weston had so much chemistry and their HEA was fantastic. I listened to this as an audiobook and I really liked the narration. The two narrators were pretty consistent in their pace and it was a joy to listen to.
