Unabridged Audiobook
Story was a bit of a disappointment after loving the first so much. Sorry to say so, but was not a fan of the narrator. The children voices were pretty bad and the awkward pauses ....
A worthy sequel to the wonderful original Moluka'i. This book continues the story of Rachel and her daughter, providing the historical background of the characters' families from the late 1910s to 1970 in Hawaii and California, and answers the fate of key characters not mentioned in the original. The author has a knack for describing emotional, tear-inducing situations. I enjoyed the narrator.
A touching story.
Liked the book. Not so much the narrator.
