Amazing series by Bernard Cornwell and the amazing narrator Jonathan Keeble. Together the two make the stories of King Arthur seem almost real. You can envision yourself in the battles riding along with King Arthur and his knights. So perfectly written and perfectly narrated, I didn't want the story to end.
With Bernard Cornwall, if you like historical fiction, you are always in for a treat. Besides the books themselves, I also enjoy the narrations, especially the ones who use different voices for different characters. I guess my favorite is Frederick Davidson. But as for the books, probably my favorites are the Richard Sharpe series, of which I have read/listened to most if not all. I have Sharpe's Eagles copied into my ITunes and listen to that when the Internet is down or there's some other problem. Somehow I don't get tired of it. Highly recommended!
Absolute garbage. I am usually not this critical but horrible.
