I overcame jealousy. I am in remission for BPD and have grown a LOT over the last 5 years. Something I just couldn’t seem to shake though, was my jealousy. I seemed extremely sensitive to jealousy and my mind used to fixate and this issue has destroyed many of my relationships in the past.. After remission, I got into my first healthy relationship.
This is by far the best self-help book for people with jealousy that I have ever read.
