Meera, the young Princess of Merta, once asks her mother, when her bridegroom will come to meet her. Her mother tells her that Lord Krishna is her groom. A casual joke cracked by her mother makes a huge impact on Meera’s life. From that day onwards Meera dedicates herself to serve Lord Krishna. Her devotion cuts her off from this world and transfers her to a spiritual realm which cannot be comprehended by many of her relatives.
