love this book. I like the perspective this book opens up.
Great accounts of experiments performed to help realize the materials. A mid level read as far as depth goes. Not too shallow, not too repetitive or mind numbingly detailed.
An academic (and not metaphysical/Buddhist) look at the benefits of mindfulness, citing psychological research on this topic.
very thought provoking on how the mind and body can, have and are connected to achieve something amazing outcomes.
A real lesson in mindfulness ... it really requires full attention, and opens all sorts of other conversation. Dense but I loved it!
