Unabridged Audiobook
I loved Quinn and Landon!! They've both had bad divorces so they definitely aren't looking for love, but little do they know someone is playing matchmaker. Quinn is simply adorable. She loves true-crime podcasts but they make her more cautious and paranoid than she already is (thanks to an overprotective mother), but that leads to the best meet-cute I've read in awhile!! I'm smiling just thinking about it. Oh and Quinn's habit of saying "curse words" instead of cursing is too cute for words!! Landon's a slightly grumpy hunk but he's all soft inside. I loved how he took care of Quinn when she had the allergic reaction to the Christmas tree--see he's a softie. These two had so much chemistry between them and were so cute together! What I loved about this book: dual point of view, forced proximity, fake dating, and the amazing gingerbread houses!! I almost forgot about the heart-warming scene with Landon's grandma! If you're a crier you might need to have the tissues nearby. I love when audiobooks have dual narrators and enjoyed both of the narrators on this book. Ellen Quay really made Quinn come alive.
