Unabridged Audiobook
Love all 3 of the books this is a must have
I chose the first book in this series (One Second After) from a long list of titles from the VIP section. I enjoyed the first novel so much I invested my credits into the 2nd and 3rd book! This series is definitely worth the read!! I laughed and cried. I know I wouldn’t survive in an attack like this!! Props to preppers!!
Great series! 2nd narrator not as good as the first
book was a little slow on the start but got better all the way through
Great follow up to the first book. Few futuristic writers go beyond book 1 because doing so is highly challenging. Forstchen met the challenge and wrote a believable continuation.
This was a decent follow up to one second after. The series slowly declines in my opinion, but I did make it through and enjoyed all of it.
Wonderful Author, I love the main character and his humanity. It makes me wish that men like that really do represent our leadership in the armed forces.
It was really good!
Really enlightening when you understand that it could happen.
Great read! Kept me on the edge through out the whole book.
Highly enjoyable I am looking forward to the next installment. Well narrated and written.
Much like the first book, I was absolutely sucked in and could not stop listening to it. I drive through Black Mountain on a regular basis (at least twice a month) and it has completely changed the way I see the town. Hoping for a third book in the series. Masterfully narrated.
Great book, I can't wait for the next. There are still a lot of stories to complete.
As usual another great book by William Forstchen. Narration was good, voices are well done and the pace is easygoing. The story does pick up where the other left off and allows the reader to be brought back into the story quickly. I am looking forward to the next installment to this story.
Was a fun listen. I enjoy listening to audio books on the way to and from work
Ok book... but nothing compared to the first. This book left me wanting much more from this great author were as his first book was a much more complete story. This book feels like a short story within the entire narrative that was created by the author. I hope to see follow ups with some breath to it. Way too many unanswered questions for my taste.
