I plan on practicing everything the writer has written about. I am the classic case in his book a ‘worry wort’, as my colleague had once quoted. The narrator’s voice was powerful and and so clear. I love this audiobook and everything that it has taught me.

It helps you to identify if you are overthinking and gives you advise on steps you can take to stop overthinking. I really appreciated that the book gave you tips on how to organize your life to promote a calm mind. In fact, the book actually contained instructions on how to perform mindfulness meditations. I really enjoyed this book, and I would highly recommend it to people who struggle with intense anxiety and worry.
