Unabridged Audiobook
Story: 8/10 Spice:2/5 Spice Hierarchy: open door Narration: 4/5 Peyton is tasked with helping a football player rehab his image as part of her internship. It shouldn’t be too hard because she knows football. Except the player needing help with his image is her ex. That left her without a second glance in college. From the opening line of this story, I knew I would love it. I am such a sucker for bad boy/good girl when she needs to clean up his image. It naturally builds in the forced proximity. This was forbidden since Peyton’s boss explicitly told her there is a no fraternization policy. And bonus points for second chance. I loved the humor in this story with the side characters and adding the cutest adopted dog. I love Emily’s stories. They are shorter so nothing feels too drawn out. The characters are developed right away and the tension builds without feeling too angsty. Teddy and Rose were great as Colin and Peyton. I am here for all their stories.
Pass Interference is a second chance sports romance and I absolutely loved Peyton and Colin. When Colin gets himself into hot water, Peyton is hired to clean up his act. Despite disliking each other for they way their relationship ended, the same chemistry and feelings still exist. I loved watching these two falling back in love. Their story was sweet and heartwarming and I loved every moment. Rose Dioro and Teddy Hamilton narrate this book in dual narration and were perfect casting for Peyton and Colin. They did an amazing job bringing the chemistry and swoon Peyton and Colin had. I absolutely loved both of their performances.
