It is to the point, provides some foundational habits and strategies to help you make lasting, long-term changes for your well being. This seems logical, doable, and fun. This is such a refreshing, straightforward, honest book! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is sick of fad diets and wants a straightforward honest approach to getting healthy.
