Summary
Drew Marshall may have let me move into his spare bedroom while my house is being renovated, but don’t think for one second his kindness comes without strings—big, ugly fake-relationship strings. That’s okay, though, Dr. Andrew. I’ll agree to your terms, move into your house, and act like your girlfriend when the big day comes, but I also plan to make your life miserable—make you pay for what you did to me. I may not be good at forgiving or forgetting, but I’m excellent at getting even. Get ready to laugh until you cry with this sizzling, hilarious, closed-door romantic comedy!

Unfortunately the cringe-worthy voices put on by the narrators for other characters, and incorrect pronunciations for certain words made for an increasingly annoying listen.

I liked the book and the style is very much my kind. But something about a un confronting person / character just annoyed me to the bones. This is not book specific but an all round me thing. Loved the male narration because of he’s expressiveness. I have often wanted to feel more than just hear and that is what he gave me.

The plot of the book is fine however, the narration is really hard to listen to. I’m having a hard time finishing the book.

I first read the Off Limits Rule book #1 and laughed so much listening to it and decided to listen to this one as well. I enjoyed it much more than I thought. I enjoyed the fact that this is a PG13 rating and doesn't get too detailed on the bedroom stuff, that tends to annoy me. The character Jessie has so much baggage and brokenness that she is not relatable to me in her childish ways. I don't know if I would have enjoyed the book as much if I didn't already read the first one and get to know the characters some what. Since I'm a mother myself I found the pregnancy/labor stuff pretty hilarious too.

So cute and feel good. A little tropey but good. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t hate pregnancy

It’s a cute wholesome book. Lots of chemistry and tension but always PG13. I liked it.

To be fair - enemies to lovers is not my favorite book theme. With that said; the female lead, regardless of her past, is so petty and imature in her antics that this book is painful to listen to in parts.

This was horrible. It started out ok. Cute story a little bit of funny But really it’s the same old spin on a tired old story … I hate you because love you so much… blah blah blah The story should have been no more than an hour but instead it goes on and on and on and on. Predictable! Nothing unique about it at all. And the narrators were bad, awful, over acted and in the wrong tone. Made the story more boring and the characters less believable. It’s just bad all of it bad.

I accidentally downloaded this book after having listened to it before. I enjoyed it as much the second time through. I really thought Rachel Perry did an outstanding job voicing the female character. Her change in tone, speed, and inflection really brought the female lead to life. I really enjoyed her performance! This story was entertaining and I hope people give it a chance.
