Thomas Heinrich is professor of U.S. business and naval history at Baruch College, City University of New York. Born and raised in Germany, he received his PhD degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is the author of Ships for the Seven Seas and Kimberly-Clark and the Consumer Revolution in American Business.
